What we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, country of residence, budget, financing preference, purchase purpose and timeline when you submit a form, join our mailing list, or message us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source, collected through analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking) only after you accept them in the cookie banner, or where otherwise permitted by law.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and send you property shortlists, memos and market information you have asked for.
- To arrange viewings, calls and transactions on your instruction.
- To send our weekly note if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by messaging us.
- To measure the performance of our website and advertising, and to improve our services.
- To comply with UAE real estate, anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer regulations, which may require identity verification before a transaction.
Legal basis and consent
We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, and our legal obligations under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where you are located in the UK or the European Economic Area, we apply the equivalent standards of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
Sharing
We share personal data only with parties needed to serve you: developers and sellers when you ask us to submit an offer or registration of interest, our locally licensed partner brokerages for purchases in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, registration trustees and the Dubai Land Department for transactions, our CRM, email and analytics providers acting on our instructions, and authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.
WhatsApp and third-party services
When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy terms. Links to YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook lead to services governed by their own policies.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our relationship, and transaction records for the period required by UAE regulation. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those legal retention requirements.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or object to marketing, by emailing hello@tvgrealtors.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
