How allocations work
What a launch-day allocation actually is.
Developers release a project in phases. Before the public launch, registered brokers submit expressions of interest for their clients; on launch day, units are allocated against those registrations in order of priority.

We register your brief with the developer ahead of launch: unit type, floor band, budget and payment plan preference.
Before launch02
Underwrite
We price the release against resales in the same community and the developer's delivery record, and tell you which units are worth the deposit.
Price list day03
Select
On launch day we secure the units in your priority order, with the expression-of-interest deposit refundable if the allocation does not match.
Launch day04
Reserve
Sales and purchase agreement, Oqood registration and the first instalment into the project escrow account, with our fee disclosed in writing.
